Running Rules

Rules can run in two ways:

Rules automatically run whenever new transactions are synced to your destination. If the transaction already exists in the destination, the rule won’t update the transaction. This is so that Finta doesn’t automatically overwrite any Category or Merchant updates that you manually make.

If you want to run rules on already synced transactions, you can do so by heading to the Rules page. Here, you can select which rules to run and run them one at a time or all at once.
